Dr. Starnes is a native of Florence, MS, where he graduated from Florence High School in 2004. He received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi College in 2009, his master's degree from the University of Mississippi in 2016 and graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2022.
Dr. Starnes is married and has two children. He loves the outdoors, hunting, and spending time with his family. He and his family reside in Purvis and attend First Baptist Church in Purvis.
